Coexis offers our employees great opportunities in a dynamic and challenging environment.
You will be working as part of a team for some of the world’s largest and most prestigious investment banks and stock exchanges to design, build and implement solutions that are fundamental and strategic to their business operations and technology.

All graduates will join our Graduate Training Programme in one of three areas:

Business Consultancy group – where you will work with clients to define, design, configure and implement business solutions. The work here has many facets and often involves the extension of existing business models using the high level modelling features of Syn, but could also require the development of new ‘client-side’ software on site.

Applications Development group – where you will carry out software developments on our standard software frameworks using Java, XML and related technologies, to provide client specific solutions.

Platform Development group – where you will carry out low level programming on the underlying Syn transaction processing architecture and platform using the latest technologies.

Graduates will work either independently or as part of a small team. As you gain experience, you will have the opportunity to develop your career further in either the business or technology streams.

We want high-calibre graduates from a range of numerate disciplines who:

• Have the drive, energy, enthusiasm, flexibility and commitment to work in a highly demanding environment

• Are analytical, resourceful and have good interpersonal, leadership and commercial skills

• Have a strong interest in business technology and the financial services industry.

Subject of Study

Minimum 2:1 (in any numerate subject) and 300 UCAS points. Postgraduates are also particularly invited. Language skills and relevant work experience welcome.

Rewards

Our compensation package is highly competitive and includes a comprehensive set of benefits. Starting salaries can be up to £27,000 depending on qualifications and experience.

Opportunities for business and IT professionals

Coexis seeks individuals who have experience in relevant areas. Ideally applicants will have good knowledge of some of the relevant technologies, project management capabilities and experience in the Capital Markets industry sector. Typically they will have a good educational background and demonstrate a high degree of business awareness.

Locations

London, Rickmansworth or New York, but full mobility is essential.
