Terry Williams – Chairman
In April 2002, Terry Williams joined Coexis as Chief Executive Officer from ADP Wilco, a subsidiary of Automatic Data Processing, Inc. Terry Williams had founded Wilco, which created a world-renowned product called Gloss for the Securities Industry. Wilco grew to over 1,200 people worldwide with product development and distribution infrastructure managed out of eight global offices. In 1996, ADP purchased Wilco, at a time when its annual revenues were about $20 million. Terry remained with Wilco through April 2002 to oversee the expansion of its products under ADP. When he left, Wilco had an annual turnover of about $100 million.
Sunil Shah - Chief Executive Officer
Sunil Shah joined Coexis as Chief Operating Officer in June 2002 from ADP Wilco, a subsidiary of Automatic Data Processing, Inc., where he was in a similar capacity. He took on the mantle of chief executive officer in November 2004. Together with Terry Williams he was instrumental in Wilco's global expansion. Sunil was directly responsible for European Client Delivery, UK Gloss/UPM Development and the India Divisions within Wilco.
Donal O'Brien – Business Development
Director
Donal O’Brien has more than 20 years’ experience in the securities industry and was previously co-chief technology officer at ADP Brokerage Services Group, now Broadridge. He was the original designer of the GLOSS processing and settlement platform, used extensively by global investment banks. More recently, he has led the product and sales strategy of the Syn
platform at Coexis where he is Business Development Director.
Roy Staines – Managing Director US
Operations
Roy Staines opened the Coexis US Corporation office in July 2004. Prior to joining Coexis, Roy was ADP Brokerage Service Managing Director responsible for strategic accounts, and previously President of ADP Wilco. Roy joined Terry in 1982 as head of sales and marketing for Wilco and established Wilco’s regional office in New York in May 1987 and was responsible for opening up the US market for global financial institutions, which resulted in the eventual purchase of Wilco by ADP.
Dr Tim Rhodes – Advisor
Dr Tim Rhodes was one of the initial founders of Coexis in 1973.
Until 1998, Coexis was known as Cumulus and had a market-leading
product called CMP, which was focused on software for International
Bond Dealers within the Securities Industry. In 1998, Coexis sold
the CMP product line and its installed client base to ADP in order
to concentrate on and continue to fund the development of Syn
.
Tim originally architected Syn
in
1993 and was the main driver in its development and deployment in
the marketplace. Now retired, Tim is an advisor to the company.
