Hank Uberoi former Goldman Sachs Technology Co-COO takes stake
in Coexis
and position on the Board.
LONDON – 22 June 2004: Coexis, providers
of process-oriented and rules-based Syn
software
for the whole spectrum of investment and commercial banking, has
announced the appointment of Hank Uberoi to the Board as non-executive
director following his investment in the company.
Until 2002 Hank was a Partner Managing Director and Co-Chief Operating officer of the technology division at Goldman Sachs. After over 14 years at Goldman Sachs Hank joined the Citadel Investment Group, one of the largest hedge funds in the world, where he was the Chief Operating Officer and managed a significant Equities investment business unit.
Commenting on his investment, Hank said: “Coexis has a great
team of people whom I have known and worked with for over ten years.
They have developed a very promising product in Syn which
I am confident will be very successful in the marketplace.”
Hank will advise Coexis on overall strategic issues.
