The Coexis Remote Assistance software enables a Coexis analyst to connect to your computer over the Internet to troubleshoot problems. For this to work you are required to download a small piece of software and run it. Once the software is running Coexis has full control of your computer - you can cancel out of this whenever you want by closing the connection. Once the connection is closed you will need to re-download the software for Coexis to gain access. Connections |
